1-2 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut up
1 large onion, thinnly sliced
1- 4oz. can sliced mushrooms drained
2- 6oz cans tomato paste
salt and pepper
1 to 2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp basil
1 bay leaf
1 to 2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon celery seed (optional)
1/4 cup dry white wine
place onions on the bottom of the crockpot. Add chicken. Stir together all remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover. Cook on low 7-9 hrs or high, 3-4 hrs. Serve over spagetti noodles or rice.
