It's a pain in the butt that America and the UK use differing measurements for cooking. I figured this would therefore be of use.
1 teaspoon (teasp) = 5ml
1 dessertspoon = 10ml
3 teaspoons (teasp) = 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15ml = 1/2 fl.oz.
2 tablespoons (tbsp) = 30ml = 1 fl.oz.
100cc = 105ml = 3.5fl.oz.
